Getting Started

How do I create my first booking page?
After signing up, you'll be guided through creating your first booking page. Simply set your availability, add a title and description, and share your unique booking link with clients. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 1 booking page, up to 50 bookings per month, and Google Calendar sync. It's perfect for individuals just getting started with online scheduling.
How do clients book appointments with me?
Share your unique booking link via email, social media, or embed it on your website. Clients can view your real-time availability and select a time that works for them. They'll receive an automatic confirmation email with all the details.

Calendar & Scheduling

Which calendars does MightyCal sync with?
MightyCal integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCal. Our Starter and Growth plans include two-way sync, meaning changes in either calendar are automatically reflected in the other.
How does timezone detection work?
MightyCal automatically detects your clients' timezone based on their browser settings. All available times are displayed in their local timezone, eliminating confusion for international bookings.
Can I set buffer time between appointments?
Yes! You can configure buffer time before and/or after each appointment type. This gives you breathing room between meetings for preparation, notes, or just a quick break.
How do I block off time for personal events?
Any events on your connected calendars will automatically block that time from being booked. You can also manually block time directly in MightyCal if needed.

Payments

Which payment providers do you support?
We integrate with Stripe and PayPal, allowing you to accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal payments. Payment processing is available on our Growth plan.
Can I require payment at the time of booking?
Yes! You can require full payment, a deposit, or make payment optional. Requiring payment upfront significantly reduces no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
How do refunds work?
You can process refunds directly through your Stripe or PayPal dashboard. MightyCal will automatically update the booking status when a refund is detected.

Team Features

How does round-robin scheduling work?
Round-robin distributes bookings evenly across your team members based on availability. You can weight distribution to give certain team members more or fewer bookings.
Can team members have different availability?
Yes! Each team member sets their own availability. Clients only see times when at least one team member is available, and bookings are assigned accordingly.
How many team members can I add?
The Free and Starter plans include 1 user. The Growth plan supports up to 10 team members. Need more? Contact us for custom enterprise pricing.

Billing & Account

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts! All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
