These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MightyCal ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you’re using MightyCal on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing on behalf of that organization.

Your Account

To use MightyCal, you’ll need to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that happen under it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MightyCal.

Acceptable Use

Please use MightyCal responsibly. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use our name, logo, or branding without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Payments and Subscriptions

MightyCal offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable (unless required by law).

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active through the end of your billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged again.

Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You retain ownership of any content and data you provide through the Service. We’ll never sell your data, and we’ll only access it as needed to provide support, troubleshoot issues, or comply with the law.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep MightyCal running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or make updates. We’ll do our best to notify you of any planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MightyCal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of MightyCal after changes means you accept the new Terms.
